"O-H-I-O at Disney World, MashCon style"

The company I work for, Mashable, had a conference at Walt Disney World (Mashable Connect). During the conference, one of the presenters, Tamara Vostok from Barnes & Noble College marketing mentioned the Ohio State Buckeyes. I was so thrilled and I tweeted about it with our event hashtag #MashCon. Then other Buckeyes stepped forward including Disney's Executive Chef! He then told all Buckeye fans to ask for "the stuff" when they came downstairs for the farewell party. I did and to my glorious surprise, he had made Buckeyes for us Ohio State fans (as you can see displayed in front of us)!!! In addition to that, we also found out that the Sous Chef was also a Buckeye! So we just had to take advantage of a photo opp, there were other Buckeyes in attendance too and they all appreciated the yummy Buckeyes. This was truly one GREAT alumni experience that I'll never forget :o)

It started out as a simple football cheer. But today, "O-H-I-O" means the whole package: strong athletic traditions, major school spirit, academic achievements, and outreach efforts.

Gameday O-H-I-O

Fans, band members, and even Brutus showed their Buckeye pride outside the Shoe before the Ohio State v. Minnesota game (Oct. 24, 2009).
