O-H-I-O Share your pride
"Lighting up the Buckeyes"
To celebrate the Buckeyes first victory of the 2012 football season, alumni (left to right) Tim Cordonnier (B.S. 2001), Megan Conry Cordonnier (B.S. 2001, M.Ed. 2002) of Urbana, OH and Martin Conry (B.S. 1971) of Amherst, Ohio, used the Huron Lighthouse to form the āIā in this O-H-I-O picture. The half-mile walk out to the lighthouse, built in 1936, is a precarious trek across huge sandstone blocks that form a break wall, but well worth it for the view it provides of lovely Lake Erie.

It started out as a simple football cheer. But today, "O-H-I-O" means the whole package: strong athletic traditions, major school spirit, academic achievements, and outreach efforts.
Gameday O-H-I-O
Fans, band members, and even Brutus showed their Buckeye pride outside the Shoe before the Ohio State v. Minnesota game (Oct. 24, 2009).
