"NAVCENT AFG salute"

Navy CDR Chuck Wolfe ('90) and LT Ann Wilkins Jefferson ('92) salute from Kandahar, Afghanistan using 2 Navy liferings to properly round out the ends. CDR Wolfe is mobilized as the AOIC for NAVCENT HQ and LT Jefferson is a Public Affairs Officer. Both are serving a 9 month deployments to support Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
