Student Code of Conduct

The Student Code of Conduct governs student and registered student organization conduct and was established to foster and protect the core missions of the university, to foster scholarly and civic development of university students in a secure learning environment, and to protect the people, properties, and processes that support this university and its core missions. The Code addresses prohibited student and student organization behavior, including sexual misconduct, and outlines the university processes and procedures for alleged violations.

Sexual Harassment Policy

The University Sexual Harassment Policy applies to broadly all students, employees, vendors, contractors, volunteers, and third parties acting as agents for the university and allows the university to comply with federal and state non-discrimination laws, including Title IX. Sexual harassment is prohibited at the University.

Workplace and Family and Relationship Violence Policy

The Ohio State University Workplace and Family and Relationship Violence Policy addresses conduct and behavior not tolerated by University employees, including student graduate associates and student employees, to ensure that the University provides faculty, staff, and students with an environment that is safe, secure and free from threats, intimidation and violence. This includes providing a supportive workplace in which employees can discuss workplace and family and relationship violence occurring in their lives and seek assistance with those concerns.
