Football fans don't have to wait for fall to start cheering. On April 21, Urban Meyer leads the team into the ’Shoe for the 2012 LiFE Sports Spring Game--his first matchup as Ohio State's head coach.

Presidential power

  

During President Obama's visit to Ohio State last month, he toured the Center for Automotive Research (CAR), then spoke about American energy. "This school is a national leader in developing new sources of energy," he said.

If sad movies make us cry, why do we watch them? Ohio State researchers may have found an answer: "Tragedies bring to mind close relationships, which makes us happy," says Ohio State professor Silvia Knobloch-Westerwick.
