Welcome to
Veterans Affairs page of the The Ohio State University's Diversity web
site. All OSU staff and faculty who are covered U.S. military veterans,
(and applicants for university positions), are required by federal law
and Ohio State policy to be given affirmative action consideration. OSU
is the only unversity/college (that we are aware of) in the nation that
established a Veterans Affairs office to assist employees. We currently
have nearly 2,000 staff and faculty members who are veterans at the University.
Our aim is to ensure that all veterans are treated with the respect and
