Moritz College of Law Dispute Resolution Program takes off
Ohio State’s Moritz College of Law is a national leader in the
emerging field of alternative dispute resolution, a method which brings
together parties and avoids the time and expense of trial. Moritz College
students apply what they learn in the classroom by mediating disputes
in small-claims court. Moritz College is helping change the legal landscape—for
