Welcome to Values: Let’s Talk! This blog is designed to engage faculty and staff in discussing ways to increase our personal and organizational effectiveness. This will enable us to reach our six strategic goals:

• Faculty and Staff Talent & Culture
• Research Prominence
• Outreach and Collaboration
• Operational and Financial Soundness & Simplicity

The way we will accomplish these goals is by thinking a little differently, or living according to our values. This blog is a forum for faculty and staff to share tips on how they live our values, point out what is going well and not so well, and to recognize those who are living our values.
