Culture Strategist Tool Kit
Focusing on Behavior
Once you've talked with your leader and identified which values to focus on, the next step is to increase awareness of the behaviors that support those values, and introduce activities that help faculty and staff practice those behaviors.
The Strategist Portal, developed by Senn Delaney, contains tools, resources, and grounding that will help you do that. The information is designed to help you reinforce the behaviors that help us live our values. It also has an interactive function that allows you to share feedback and best practices with other Culture Strategists at Ohio State.
You'll find four main areas on the Strategist Portal:
- Concept Activities (Recommended for You): This area contains several short, simple, concept activities built around the retreat principles. There are three sections: Awareness activities, practice activities, and way to share feedback with other Culture Strategists.
- In-Use Resources: This section contains tools, resources and grounding that are organized into two main categories: Awareness activities, and practice activities.
- Best Practices: This section is designed to share and access best practices and learnings from fellow Ohio State Culture Strategists.
- Your Recent Items: This area contains resources and activities you’ve recently accessed. The resources are tracked so you can quickly gain access to them again.

To access the strategist portal, go to www.senndelaney.com* and click on Client Logon. Log in using the username and password you received in an e-mail from Senn Delaney. Access is limited to Culture Strategists.
