Keep our values, and the behaviors that enable us to live our values in the front of everyone's minds. You can do this by incorporating messaging into your existing communications efforts.

 

Key Points

  • Our values are what guide our behavior. The tools and mindsets covered in the unfreezing retreat help us behave in a way that's consistent with our values.
  • Anyone can begin this culture transformation. Learning more about our transformation and reading more about it, such as on the Excellence to Eminence web site, puts everyone in a position to be a leader of this transformation.
  • We all play a key role in our culture transformation, and we must all live according to our values.
