Faculty Talent Plan

The Office of Academic Affairs focuses on creating and supporting an environment that advances our institutional mission of achieving international distinction in education, scholarship, and public service. To enhance the academic reputation of the university, the Office of Academic Affairs:

  • Encourages research and creative endeavors of international distinction
  • Supports the recruitment, development, and retention of top-rank faculty and staff

Staff Talent Plan

Prioritizing and sequencing of initiatives is critical to a sustainable and effective talent strategy. The Staff Talent Plan focuses on the critical infrastructure that supports talent processes and the talent priorities needed to create a high-performance culture, as well as important initiatives for a later phase of the Talent Strategy Roadmap.
