The Ohio State University Events Calendar is moving to the name.# system for validating user identity. This change is due to the need for greater computer security at the university.

If you are not currently using your name.# to authenticate to the calendar's administration pages you will need to update your personal information within the calendar application. Department level accounts will no longer be supported.

The calendar admin page (http://www.osu.edu/events/admin/admin.php) provides a link for current users to update their personal information. Log into the calendar, select your username and hit submit. The next page offers the ability to change your username to your name.#. Do this, then click submit.

All accounts must be migrated by April 7th, 2008.
