Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering hosts Lowrie Lectures Carol K. Hall, Camille Dreyfus Distinguished University Professor, North Carolina State University will present the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering's 2008 William G. Lowrie Lectures on Thursday (5/1) and Friday (5/2). "Thermodynamic and Kinetic Origins of Alzheimer's and Related Diseases: A Chemical Engineer's Perspective," will be delivered at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in 207 Koffolt Lab, while "Confessions of an Ordinary Teacher - Dealing with the Big Fish," is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday in 330 Koffolt Lab. |
