The Criminal Justice Research Center presents Dr. Darrell Steffensmeier, Professor of Sociology and Crime, Law and Justice, The Pennsylvania State University in a seminar " Female Involvement and Gender Gap in Enron-Era Corporate Financial Frauds" The Criminal Justice Research Center proudly presents Dr. Darrell Steffensmeier, Professor of Sociology and Crime, Law and Justice, the Pennsylvania State University in a seminar titled " Female Involvement and Gender Gap in Enron-Era Corporate Financial Frauds". Dr. Steffensmeier extended the scarce research on corporate crime to include gender by developing and testing hypotheses derived from gendered focal concerns and gendered crime opportunities framework that predicts minimal and marginal female involvement in corporate criminal networks.
