Just because you are pre-diabetic or have a current diagnosis of diabetes doesnŐt mean you canŐt cook fabulous and tasty meals. Come along with us as we explore cooking meals that fit wonderfully into your meal plan. Just be prepared for your family and friends to steal a taste of what youŐre cooking! NOTE: The OSU Health Plan offers educational programming courses each semester as a complimentary service of Your Plan for Health. Benefits eligible faculty and staff can participate in a variety of workshops or view live or archived webinars on a wide range of topics.
