Be Here Now may seem like another cliché, but the practice of actually living in the moment—being fully present—isn’t so easy. This webinar is an opportunity for all of us to practice what we preach and to learn to cultivate stillness in our daily lives. Join us to participate in a communal meditation on mindfulness. Lisa Borelli (LISW, Counselor with OSU Employee Assistance Plan) and Kristen Mosier (MA, Health Coach) will lead.
NOTE: The OSU Health Plan offers educational programming courses each semester as a complimentary service of Your Plan for Health. Benefits eligible faculty and staff can participate in a variety of workshops or view live or archived webinars on a wide range of topics. All classes require advance scheduling and often fill up fast.
