Sometimes you canÕt get to the market to buy those fresh veggies, so this cooking demonstration is geared towards showing you how to create a nutritious and delicious meal using root and/or frozen vegetables. WeÕll send you a list of the ingredients to buy ahead of time. YouÕll cook with our dietitian in real time via a live webinar to treat your family to a tasty meal just in time for supper! Jenny Anderson leads (RD, LD, Dietitian and Health Coach, OSU Health Plan).
NOTE: The OSU Health Plan offers educational programming courses each semester as a complimentary service of Your Plan for Health.
