No, you wonÕt be hitting anyone and no one will hit you, but learning how to box can help you learn to defend yourself and improve your strength, balance, and endurance. If youÕve ever been curious about boxing, come join us for this introductory series. Shane Manning (Doug OwenÕs Personal Fitness and Boxing, The Wellness Forum) will lead the series.
NOTE: The OSU Health Plan offers educational programming courses each semester as a complimentary service of Your Plan for Health. Benefits eligible faculty and staff can participate in a variety of workshops or view live or archived webinars on a wide range of topics. All classes require advance scheduling and often fill up fast.
