This webinar is for OSU benefits eligible faculty and staff.
Yes, you can take medicines to control your cholesterol and blood pressure, or you can make some lifestyle/behavioral choices (provided you are in the early stages of these conditions). Some of us can reduce the use of medications or get eliminate them if we learn how to use movement and nutrition to our best advantage. Please join us for a discussion of strategies designed to keep your cholesterol and blood pressure within the healthy range. Nurse Case Managers Kit Johnson and Shelly Willis and Matthew Harman (Pharm.D.) will lead this webinar.
