We will be featuring Jennifer Pozner, author of Reality Bites Back. The Office of Student LifeÕs Multicultural Center and partners bring you the 3rd Annual Women's Summit: Are You For Real? Women's Images in Reality Television. We will be featuring Jennifer Pozner, author of Reality Bites Back. Participants will explore how images of women and men in the media can affect self-image as well as the perceptions of others. This reinforcement can lead to physical, emotional, and psychological issues. It is time to bring the ÒrealÓ in reality, back for women and men! Most women (and men) appearing in ads are shadows of their former selves being photoshopped and morphed into looking perfect when they are not and neither are the rest of us.
