Big Bang Science Day at COSI
Big Bang Science Day at COSI |
It all started with a Big Bang. The universe was once filled with hot, dense matter, smoothly distributed across a rapidly expanding space.
Professor Lloyd Knox from the University of California at Davis is using data from the Planck satellite launched in 2009, to better understand the origins of our complex universe from this simple beginning. Scientists from Ohio State's Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics will be on hand to share their research.
