Ohio State's famed Wexner Center for the Arts reopens after lengthy renovation
![]() |
Ohio State's Wexner Center for the Arts reopened its galleries and more in late October, with its innovative programming now once again housed under the same roof after a three-year renovation. The project dealt with facets of the space largely invisible to the naked eye—gallery ventilation, lighting, air flow, and a host of other structural issues. In addition, spaces such as the Center's bookstore, reception area, and film/video theater were remodeled at the same time. A new exhibition, Part Object Part Sculpture, christens the reopened galleries, housing a collaboration between a Wexner Center artist-in-residence and Ohio State's Astronomy department.
