DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD: Distinguished Service Awards will be presented to Frank E. Bazler, an enthusiastic supporter of his alma mater for more than half a century; Virginia Hutchison Bazler, who with her husband, Frank, has served her alma mater in many ways; and Manuel Tzagournis, M.D., vice president for health sciences and dean of the College of Medicine and Public Health emeritus at The Ohio State University.
