In the 2011-12 school year, 403 students were awarded a total of $534,975 in scholarship funds through the Alumni Scholars program. This program is conducted through more than 100 Ohio State alumni clubs throughout the world.
In 2011-12, Ohio State alumni represented the university at 185 out-of-state college fairs. These fairs reached a total of 137,101 high school students representing 2,082 high schools.
