University Libraries continues to be ranked among the best in the country. In a 2012 report by the Association of Research Libraries (using 2011 data), Ohio State is ranked 14th nationally and 5th among public university libraries in the nation.
Ohio State's Thompson Library was ranked 3rd in Library Journal's "New Landmark Libraries 2012."
