The Infrastructure Security Partnership's 2nd Annual Congress on Infrastructure Security for the Built Environment (ISBE 2003)
Please mark your calendars to join us for TISP's 2nd Annual Congress on Infrastructure Security for the Built Environment (ISBE 2003), which will be held in Washington, DC, September 16-18, 2003. ISBE 2003 will feature an Opening Plenary, a Federal Forum, a Congressional Leaders Forum, and 25 technical sessions focusing on a wide range of threat, vulnerability, risk management, and security issues. DHS Secretary Tom Ridge has been invited to give the Closing Luncheon keynote presentation. The Closing Luncheon will also feature the passing of the TISP gavel to Ralph Johnson, 2004 TISP Chair.

Hosted by The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), ISBE 2003 will be part of a triple conference format that also includes AGC's Midyear Meeting on Legislative and Governmental Relations and the Building Futures Council Fall Meeting.
