Largest Asian festival in America honors Buckeyes

The Asian Festival is a two-day long event in May showcasing nationalities from all over the Asian continent, and every year more than 100,000 people attend it, making it the nation's largest Asian festival.

Along the lines of supporting the Asian presence in Columbus, the Asian Festival Co. supports Ohio State's international Asian students.

On April 16, the Asian Festival Co. held a scholarship reception for the board members to recognize their outstanding scholarship recipients.

"The generosity of the Asian Festival Corporation has inspired me to help others and give back to the community," said Eun Bin Chung, a graduate political science student and one of the scholarship's six recipients this year. "I hope that one day I will also be able to help students achieve their goals, just as you have helped me."
