Statement from President Gee on the passing of William Saxbe

"Bill Saxbe was highly regarded for his candor, abiding respect for the rule of law, devotion to the common good, and lifetime of service. He possessed a unique ability to understand the crux of complex issues and to express them in ways that everyone understood. With his death, Ohio State has lost a remarkably accomplished alumnus, Ohio has lost a proud son, and our nation has lost one of its most accomplished leaders."
