Board of Trustees will Conduct Executive Session on March 8

Columbus, Ohio — A special meeting of The Ohio State University Board of Trustees will convene at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 8, at Longaberger Alumni House, 2200 Olentangy River Rd.

The board is meeting solely for the purpose of conducting an executive session to consult with legal counsel regarding a pending or imminent court action; to discuss personnel matters regarding the appointment, employment, compensation and discipline of public officials; and to discuss matters required to be kept confidential based on federal or state statute. There will be no public action taken at this meeting.
