Ohio State's Warren King receives national honors for disability service
COLUMBUS -- Warren King, ARMS project associate at The Ohio State University, was honored with the Professional Service Award from the Association of Higher Education And Disability (AHEAD) at its national conference on July 14.

Since 1995, he has divided his time between the Administrative Resource Management System (ARMS) project and assisting the University Architect's office by reviewing construction plans to ensure that all renovation projects and new construction help increase accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

King is a charter member of AHEAD. He also served 10 years as a trainer for AHEAD's TRIO Training Grants and 17 years as a co-presenter of "A Short Course on Disabled Students Services" at AHEAD's national conferences.
