BUCKEYE BLAST 2000 FEATURES COMEDIAN CARROT TOP AND MUCH MORE

Known for his wild red hair, comedian Carrot Top will bring his act to The Ohio State University for the third annual Buckeye Blast on Oct. 11 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Jerome Schottenstein Center.

"We're thrilled to have Carrot Top headlining this year's Buckeye Blast," said Eddie Pauline, Homecoming co-chair. "There's been a lot of positive response from students and the Columbus community. We can't wait for the show."

The Blast also will feature step shows presented by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Ohio State's football and basketball teams, the Neutron Man, The Buckeye Force, the crowning of the Homecoming 2000 King and Queen, and much more.

Tickets are $5 for Ohio State students, faculty and staff; and $15 for the general public. They are available at select locations across campus, Student Activities and Campus Programs (292-8763), Ticketmaster, and the Jerome Schottenstein Center Ticket Office (292-2624 or 1-800-GO-BUCKS).
