Ohio State officials outline ‘Campus of the Future’
COLUMBUS -- The Ohio State University is building new world-class academic and athletic facilities and programs as well as new and expanding partnerships with the public sector, private industry and the local community. Join Ohio State President William E. Kirwan, Athletics Director Andy Geiger, Fisher College of Business Dean Joseph Alutto and Campus Partners for Community & Urban Development, Inc., President Terry Foegler as they outline these and other future changes at the 6th annual Commercial Developers Power Breakfast, Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom, 350 N. High St.
Kirwan will use a videotape to illustrate Ohio State in 2010, while Alutto will show the evolution of the Fisher College and his vision for the future. Geiger will focus on how Ohio State athletics affects both the university’s image and the local economy, and Foegler will outline how Campus Partners’ Gateway project will have changed the Columbus community in 10 years.
Presentations will begin at approximately 8:15 a.m.
Mayor Michael Coleman will give the opening remarks.
