10:30 a.m.     Item for discussion: computing fees in Engineering
                 and Business
               Proposal to establish The Ohio State University-
                 Newark Board of Trustees
               General recommendations: creation of a graduate
                 program in toxicology, renaming of the Division
                 of Hospital and Health Services Administration,
                 reorganization of the Agricultural Technical
                 Institute, new Associate of Science degree,
                 amendments to the Rules of the Faculty to
                 increase the number of regular clinical faculty
                 allowed in academic units, personnel actions.
