April 16 Television Program -- "Beneath the Surface," 7 p.m., WCMH-TV (Channel 4). This program, a joint effort of WCMH 4 and Ohio State, will take a look at violence and its effects on youth in central Ohio. Hosts are Reggie Anglen of University Communications and Kelly Jackson and Jim Scott of WCMH.
