Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Ohio State University classes will be cancelled and offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday. OSU TIME CAPSULE ON DISPLAY--Through Nov. 30. A bow tie from President Gee, university ID cards, a musical CD, and a telephone receiver revealing celebrate Ohio State's 125th anniversary. The capsule will be sealed in December and opened in 2070, the 200th anniversary of Ohio State. The time capsule is on display in the lobby of the William Oxley Thompson Library, 1858 Neil Ave. CONTACT: Raimund Goerler, university archivist, 292-2409. THANKSGIVING DINNER FOR CAMPUS COMMUNITY--Nov. 23. Ohio State's Office of Minority Affairs and the Frank W. Hale Jr. Black Cultural Center will host Thanksgiving Dinner from 1-6 p.m. at the Hale Center, 153 W. 12th Ave. The dinner is open to all students, faculty and staff and is free; however, reservations are recommended. (Call 292-0074 Nov. 16-22.) This is the fourth year for the dinner at the Hale Center. Last year, 125 students attended. Many members of the campus community are unable to go home for Thanksgiving, and this offers a chance to share the holiday with an extended "family." Lucy Caswell, curator for the Cartoon, Graphic and Photographic Arts Research Library, will present "Mickey, Alphonse and Toodles: The First 20 years of the Funnies" at 4 p.m. Nov. 30 in the Faculty Club Grand Lounge, 181 S.
