96-10-21 Youth Violence Focus of Conference CONFERENCE FOCUSES ON YOUTH VIOLENCE COLUMBUS -- Drive-by shootings and drugs are a fact of life in many neighborhoods as communities see an increase in gangs, threat groups and youth violence.
