NEWS ADVISORY: OHIO HOUSE SPEAKER JO ANN DAVIDSON TO SPEAK ON PUBLIC EDUCATION Rep. Jo Ann Davidson (R-Reynoldsburg), speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives, will share her views on critical issues in education Thursday (5/7) from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in 322 Ramseyer Hall, 29 W. Woodruff Ave., on The Ohio State University Columbus campus. Davidson, in her ninth term as a state representative, has been a strong advocate for children and education throughout her career. Her commitment and beliefs have been instrumental in shaping state policy on education. She will meet with Ohio State students, faculty and staff in the eighth and final meeting in a series of campus forums titled "The Future of Public Education in Ohio." The series is designed to provide an opportunity for students and policy-makers to air and debate public policy issues related to education.
