Ohio State University President William E. Kirwan has invited Richard Celeste, U.S. ambassador to India, to be the keynote speaker at a forum discussion this Friday, Sept. 11, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Faculty Club, 181 S. Oval Drive. The topics are historic ties between Ohio State and Indian universities, potential for future collaboration, industrial opportunities and views of the ambassador.

In addition to Celeste and Kirwan, the panelists will be Bobby Moser, vice president for agricultural administration and dean, and Richard Sisson, professor of political science and expert on Indian politics.

The panel discussion, to be held in Dining Rooms A-D on the second floor, will be followed by a reception on the Faculty Club patio from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
