The Ohio State University Alumni Association cordially invites you to participate in the 2017 Club and Society Leadership Symposium.
Hear from alumni association staff and university partners as we celebrate the successes of the past year and discuss ways to engage our alumni and friends.
Your peers and alumni association staff will review best practices and available resources; generate new programmatic ideas; and provide networking opportunities between club and society volunteers.

12:15 – 1:30 p.m.: Lunch and Award Recognition
1:45 – 2:45 p.m.: Programming and Best Practice Session #2
3 – 4 p.m.: Programming and Best Practice Session #3
4:15 – 5 p.m.: Regional Wrap Up (with snacks in rooms)
5 p.m.: Group photo

WHO CAN ATTEND
- Any officer or board member to represent his/her alumni club or alumni society
- Registrants may bring one complimentary guest to the reception
- There is no limit on the number of attendees from your group
A block of rooms is held at the Residence Inn Columbus University Area on Olentangy River Road. The rate is $199 per night. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-844-200-1026 and referencing the "Alumni Association Symposium".
Discounted rates valid Sept. 7 – 10, and reservations must be made by Aug. 7, 2017. Be sure to make your reservation soon, as the hotel will fill up quickly!
We have a limited number of football tickets available for purchase for the Sept. 9 game versus Oklahoma. Tickets are $197.50 per ticket (limit two per household). You are eligible to purchase tickets once you have registered for the full conference and you must call the Alumni Association to purchase.

A waitlist will be created for those seeking tickets in case demand does not exceed supply.
