The Power of Our Networks and the Relationships We Build

Have you noticed that many of the people you are closest to are very similar to you?

It’s natural to surround yourself by those who think and look like you. Dr. Tanya Menon, associate professor in the Fisher College of Business, will discuss the research behind this and the habits that often confine us. She will also share strategies about expanding our social circles and how that can lead to new ideas and opportunities.
