Rockout. Workout. With Fellow Buckeye Alums!
Enjoy this one-of-a kind fitness class. POUND is a fun and effective workout that combines cardio and strength training with electrifying beats. We will be offering two sessions to allow for all schedules. Join us in Sullivant Hall, a beautiful facility in the heart of campus, for this unique and invigorating workout experience.
POUND Sticks will be made available for use throughout the duration of each class. We kindly request that if you have a yoga mat that you bring it to the event. Light snacks will be provided.
