Are you looking to develop effective leaders within your organization?

Fisher College of Business is excited to announce the Fisher Leadership Initiative Conference, set for March 24, 2020. Join us from 8 a.m.–2 p.m. at The Ohio State University as we discuss key talent development issues facing organizations in a multigenerational workforce.

The conference will cover pressing topics facing organizations from leadership experts at Fisher College of Business and thought leaders from around Columbus. Presentations include:

  • Assessing your organization's leadership capabilities
  • Coaching in the workplace: Why millennials need it
  • Managing high-maintenance employees
  • Leader change in organizations: Preparing leaders for success

$55 per person

Registration

Includes breakfast, lunch, parking and access to the BUILD leadership assessment. Registration is available for $55 until March 15 or the event’s sell out.

This program is valid for 4.25 PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
