James F. Faron ’71 (LM) of Champaign, Illinois, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District, the third largest transit system in Illinois.

P. Brennan Hart

P. Brennan Hart ’70 of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was reappointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to the Disciplinary Board of Pennsylvania. Hart is a partner in the Pittsburgh law office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick and Raspanti.

Michael W. Preis ’69 of Saranac Lake, New York, finished seventh in his division at the 2017 World Snowshoe Championship.

Robert Gilberg

Robert C. Gilberg ’64 of San Diego, California, is the author of “Alice Chang,” a tech-thriller, and “The Last Road Rebel,” a memoir about growing up in Ohio in the 1950s and 1960s. A third book, “A Twist of Fate,” will be released in the spring of 2017.
