You've found the perfect match. Now discover the perfect venue at the Longaberger Alumni House.

You and your guests will enjoy the spacious first floor featuring the Jimmy Hull Atrium, a wonderful two-story gathering space with beautiful views of the grounds through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The Atrium is adjacent to the Sanders Grand Lounge, where your ceremony or reception will be held. The Grand Lounge offers a view of the Olentangy River accompanied by high ceilings, a large window, and a fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere for up to 152 guests for a reception.

If your day includes both a ceremony and reception, you have the option to use the Klevay Gallery for an additional charge. The two-story gallery is located on the second floor and is the perfect location for your ceremony that can accommodate 110 guests.

Wedding Packages

The Longaberger Alumni House is pleased to offer three wedding packages for you to choose from:

  • Ceremony only ($1,600) for up to 200 guests
  • Reception only ($2,000) for up to 152 guests
  • Ceremony and Reception ($2,400) for up to 110 guests for indoor ceremony or up to 152 guests for outdoor ceremony

After confirming your wedding date, a contract will be sent to you. Within two weeks, the signed contract and 50 percent deposit is due. Final payment is due 14 days prior to event. All deposits are non-refundable.

Only approved Alumni House caterers may be used. All alcohol service must be arranged through The Fawcett Beverage Beverage Service.

Our Ceremony package includes:

  • 5 hour rental (additional hours at $150 per hour)
  • Ceremony location
    • Jimmy Hull Atrium (pre-ceremony space)
    • Sanders Grand Lounge (up to 200 guests)
    • Griffin Pavilion (up to 152 guests)
    • Klevay Gallery (up to 110 guests)
  • Two dressing rooms
    • Mirrors and coat racks provided
  • Banquet chairs
  • On-site wedding coordinator
  • Rehearsal included the week of the ceremony

Our Reception packages include the following:

  • 5 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
  • 4 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
    • Drinko Conference Room (additional lounge area)
    • Jimmy Hull Atrium (pre-reception space)
    • Mount Leadership Room (buffet room, if needed)
    • Sanders Grand Lounge (main room with dance floor)
  • 60" round banquet tables (seats 8 guests maximum)
  • Banquet chairs
  • All ancillary tables included (cake, buffet, and gift etc.)
  • Tall cabaret tables
  • Dance floor (black marble design)
  • LCD projector and screen
  • On-site wedding coordinator

Our Ceremony and Reception packages include all items listed above.

For ceremony and reception the ceremony location options are:

  • Griffin Pavilion (up to 152 guests)
  • Klevay Gallery (up to 110 guests)

The Sanders Grand Lounge will be reserved for the reception location
