The Ohio State Foundation Board of Directors recognizes three members for recent philanthropic commitments to Ohio State totaling $12.1 million.

  • Pat Robinson and her husband, Thom, of Troy, Ohio, have made a $5.9 million bequest in support of the William Oxley Thompson Memorial Library, The Ohio State University Medical Center, athletics scholarships, the marching band, and the OSUMC Eye Clinic.
  • Bob Hummel and his wife, Carol, of Fort Collins, Colorado, have made a $5 million bequest to Veterinary Medicine.
  • Corbett Price of New York, New York, has pledged $1.2 million in support of both minority scholarships in the Fisher College of Business, and a president's discretionary fund.

“Our Foundation directors are among the most dedicated members of the Ohio State community,” said Peter B. Weiler, Senior Vice President for University Development and President of The Ohio State University Foundation. “Giving on this level demonstrates their deep commitment to Ohio State, and this institution is enormously grateful for their support. They inspire us every day.”

The But for Ohio State campaign is a $2.5 billion fundraising endeavor that invites those who believe in Ohio State to invest in our students, our faculty, and our potential.
