Conversations to Inspire Culture Change

Hosting a series of conversations, Ohio State is inspiring meaningful dialogue to ignite change in our communities, schools and workplaces that create environments where women of all backgrounds can thrive and make their full contributions.

While much has been achieved, there is still much to do. That means tackling the challenges that remain and expanding opportunities for women and girls, particularly as they navigate careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Together, we will help close the gender gap in these fields and in our society at large.

Are you ready to join the conversation?

We asked the questions, and got amazing answers.

The story of the women in Hidden Figures is a catalyst sparking conversation and igniting meaningful reflection on the assumptions and expectations about who a STEM professional is and what they look like. A dialogue is crucial to removing roadblocks, avoiding pitfalls and creating pathways toward real, lasting change.

Many are eager to join the discussion.

It starts by simply asking the questions in your workplace, community and circles of influence.

You, too will be inspired by the responses.
