From left to right are Debbie Stephens, Mark Stephens, Sharon Manuel, and Phil Manuel. Debbie grew up in Marion, Ohio and graduated from Marion Harding High School. Mark grew up in Cleveland and graduated from Taylor High School. Sharon and Phil graduated from OSU in 1970; Sharon from the College of Education and Phil from the College of Agriculture. Both couples reside in Northern Virginia. Debbie and Phil work at Fort Belvior for PEO Soldier. All are devoted OSU fans!
