O-H-I-O Share your pride

"Mining For OHIO"

I work for P&H Mining Equipment Co and we make large surface mining shovels. On a recent rip to Chile, I talked three Chilean friends to help me make an O-H-I-O at the Andina Copper Mine at 14,000ft in the Chilean Andes near Santiago, Chile. I'm the "H".

It started out as a simple football cheer. But today, "O-H-I-O" means the whole package: strong athletic traditions, major school spirit, academic achievements, and outreach efforts.

Gameday O-H-I-O

Fans, band members, and even Brutus showed their Buckeye pride outside the Shoe before the Ohio State v. Minnesota game (Oct. 24, 2009).
