Columbus Young Scholars Program Family Day - Whetstone Park

Plant Pathologists study plant diseases and how to keep plants healthy. This team of plant patholgists from Ohio State (O-IO) and the USDA's Agricultural Research Service (H) in Peoria, IL is working with a company in California to naturally suppress a major disease of wheat that occurs wordwide. O - Prof. Brian McSpadden-Gardener, H - Dr. Dave Schisler, I - Prof. Pierce Paul, and O - Prof. Mike Boehm.

Joe Williamson is a junior at OSU majoring in pre-med, Nick Williamson is a freshman at OSU majoring in construction management and Terri Miller is a Nurse Practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in the Comprehensive Transplant Center.
