Zero waste
Attention, Buckeye fans: Add some green to your scarlet and gray and help turn Ohio Stadium into a zero-waste zone.
Recycling or composting game-day food scraps and paper items is the university's newest sustainability effort. Other projects include campus-wide recycling, energy research, green curriculum, and green building practices.

Buckeye alumni and friends have stepped up and made the Students First, Students Now initiative a success. The program has beaten its $100-million goal by $16 million.

Pelotonia 2011 has raised $9.6 million (and counting)--and every cent goes to cancer research at Ohio State. Nearly 5,000 riders and countless volunteers came out this year to make the third annual Pelotonia an overwhelming success.
